Building Tomorrows Champions
The development of efficient motor skills and muscle activation patterns progressing into dynamic motion with an emphasis on lombo-pelvic stability will unlock an athlete’s full potential. Developing and strengthening muscle will improve each player’s glide platform positioning for skating and improve functional movement patterns for hockey. This will develop a faster, stronger and more proficient athlete.

Participants will train in 1st Athlete’s state-of-the art training center which was designed by Cal Dietz and Kevin Ziegler. Cal and Kevin are considered to be two leaders in the industry.
This is a very safe and controlled environment. The trainers have a watchful eye to make sure that these young athletes stay on task.
