Shjon Podein

Shjon Podein played in the NHL for the Edmonton Oilers, Philadelphia Flyers, Colorado Avalanche, and the St Louis Blues. Among his many successes, he won the 2001 Stanley Cup Championship with the Colorado Avalanche and the NHL’s 2001 King Clancey Memorial Trophy for His Leadership on and off the ice.
1st Hockey is proud to offer Shjon’s hockey coaching expertise. He has coached high school through professional teams since 1984. Shjon specializes in Treadmill and Strength and Conditioning.
